Important Event Policies

Ticket Sales & Refunds: Generally, all event tickets are non-refundable. However, if an event is cancelled or postponed, you will be notified immediately. Consequently, your tickets will remain valid for the new date.

Code of Conduct: Above all, we have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, bullying, or unsafe behaviour. As a result, any person violating these rules will be removed from the event without a refund.

Trader Guidelines: Furthermore, if you are an independent vendor at our events, you are bound by our specific trading agreements.
