East Kilbride Comic Con 2026 @ The Hub EK (Free Entry)
East Kilbride Comic Con returns to EK, East Kilbride this March! Specifically, we are taking over The Hub on the weekend of March 28th & 29th, 2026, for a massive two-day celebration of pop culture.
Regardless of whether you are looking for free things to do in Lanarkshire or you are a serious collector hunting for rare items, East Kilbride Comic Con is the ultimate geek day out.

New Location: The Hub
Most importantly, please note that the event has moved to a new location within the centre. We are now situated at The Hub, which is the leisure heart of the shopping centre. Consequently, this new space places us right next to the restaurants, the Odeon Cinema, and the Ice Rink. Therefore, it is easier than ever to grab a bite to eat between browsing the stalls.
What to Expect
For this event, we are bringing over 60 independent traders to the centre. Furthermore, you can expect to browse through a massive selection of merchandise that you won’t find on the high street. For instance, traders will be selling everything from comic books and graphic novels to action figures, T-shirts, and handmade crafts.
- Free Character Meet & Greets: First, meet your favourite superheroes, villains, and mascots all weekend. (Full schedule to be announced).
- Cosplay: In addition, we encourage everyone to dress up! Whether you are Spider-Man or a Jedi, you are welcome here.
- Gaming & Props: Finally, look out for retro gaming zones and giant movie props scattered throughout the venue.
Getting to EK, East Kilbride
Since the venue is located just 20 minutes from Glasgow, it is easily accessible.
- By Bus: The main bus station is connected directly to the centre.
- By Train: Alternatively, the East Kilbride Train Station is a short walk away.
- By Car: Follow signs for “The Hub” or “Cinema” car parks for the easiest access.
