Daredevil Reboot Coming To Disney+?

After it was confirmed that Charlie Cox will be Daredevil in the MCU going forward and he made his glorious return to the character onscreen in Spiderman: No Way Home, fans have been wondering when we will next see The Man Without Fear. Whether it be an appearance in another Marvel property such as She-Hulk, or a full on Daredevil reboot, fans have been dying for any information.

Well, it turns out that it could indeed be the latter. Earlier in March, Murphy’s Multiverse reported that a new business entity was trading that could possibly serve as the primary production team behind a Daredevil reboot for Marvel Studios. The business in question is called Blind Faith Productions LLC and they are now a new Disney-owned company.

Marry that with the fact that a listing appeared in the most recent issue of Production Weekly which simply reads; “Daredevil Reboot.” Chris Gray and, – head of Marvel studios himself, – Kevin Feige both appear as producers on the project in question. Gray is perhaps best known for serving as an associate producer on The Perks of Being a Wallflower, however in the years since that movie released, he was also a producer on the Disney+ docuseries; Marvel’s Behind the Mask.

Another piece of corroboration comes from the former Editor-in-chief of GGW; KC Walsh. Walsh claims that filming is set to begin on this Daredevil reboot show either by the end of 2022, or sometime in early 2023. If this is indeed true, it means that we could expect to see Charlie Cox return as The Devil Of Hell’s Kitchen on Disney+ either in 2023 or 2024.

Officially speaking, Marvel have not revealed anything regarding this potential show at the time of writing. However both the San-Diego Comic Con and D23 have still to take place later this year. Could this potentially be one of the big reveals that Marvel are keeping up their collective sleeve to unveil at a massive public event?

Speaking to heyUguys with regards to his cameo role in Spider-Man: No Way Home, Charlie Cox said the following:

“I think at this point, I expect to be involved in some capacity. Otherwise, it would be a bit of a weird one-scene moment. I don’t know much, I know a little, and what I do know I’m very excited about…there’s a chance it could be the next ten years of my life.”
