Ayr Comic Con 2025: The Ultimate Guide for Local Fans Ayr Comic Con is returning to the seaside for another massive event! On June 7th, 2025, the historic became a hub for heroes, villains, and collectors. Ayr Town Hall is located right on New Bridge Street, this iconic venue hosted one of the busiest events in South Ayrshire. Specifically, the convention ran from 10 am until 4 pm and was free for all to enter. Consequently, hundreds of families looking for things to do in Ayr joined us for a day of adventure. THE BEST FAMILY DAY OUT IN AYRSHIRE Ayr is famous for its beautiful beach and historic streets. Furthermore, hosting a comic con in the grand Ayr Town Hall makes it a truly unique experience. While many events take place in modern halls, the classic architecture of the Town Hall adds a special feeling to the day. We designed the event specifically to offer a high-energy vibe for both locals and tourists visiting the coast. As fans entered the venue, they found a hall bursting with creative energy. We saw incredible cosplay and met many dedicated film fans from across Ayrshire. Moreover, the atmosphere stayed buzzing from start to finish. Because we focus on accessibility, this event remains one of the most popular Ayrshire family days out on the summer calendar. TRADERS, TOYS, AND SEASIDE ADVENTURES In this Ayr Comic Con guide, we want to highlight the massive variety of stalls. We pick every vendor carefully to ensure you find the best merchandise in the West of Scotland. Specifically, the market featured: Comic Books: Rare back issues and modern graphic novels for every reader. Action Figures: Iconic characters from Marvel, DC, and Star Wars. Handmade Crafts: Unique art prints, jewellery, and dice from local creators. Anime Merch: Plushies and statues for Japanese culture fans. Collectibles: Trading cards, Lego sets, and rare Funko Pops. Beyond the shopping, fans enjoyed taking photos with their favourite characters. These meet-and-greet moments are always free.
