Marvel Studios has released the official trailer for Loki. The Disney+ show will debut on the streaming site on June 11 and puts the God of Mischief in the spotlight.

Tom Hiddleston’s Loki has been a fan favorite since his MCU debut in Thor. He initially seemed to meet his end when he died (again) at the hands of Thanos in Infinity War. However, Endgame saw the character disappear with the Tesseract. This set Loki up to return to the MCU in a new way.

In the new Disney+ series, Hiddleston will return as the 2012 version of Loki after he evades capture from the Avengers by stealing the Tesseract. The initial teaser trailer seen him imprisoned by the Time Variance Authority (TVA). It was also shown that Loki would pose as multiple different characters and versions of himself. The newest trailer focuses on the TVA’s recruitment of the Norse god to help fix the timelines that he broke during Endgame. It seems that the show will be a time-hopping epic as they try to put back the variations of the timelines he has broken.

The newest trailer also gives a better look at the story and the cast. It’s clear from the footage that they will visit multiple world and timelines. One timeline appears to show Loki ruling over Asgard. We are also giving a better look at Owen Wilson’s character Mobius M Mobius and his interactions with Loki. Gugu – Mbatha Raw’s unnamed TVA judge is also featured more in this trailer.

The cast also includes Sophia Di Martino, Lovecraft Country’s Wunmi Mosaku, and Richard E. Grant. The series will debut on Disney+ on June 11 and will run for six episodes.
