Upcoming Slate of Games Leaked

Upcoming Slate of Games Leaked

Introduction

Due to a hacker called Ighor July, a significant slate of upcoming games has leaked. This is because of the new NVIDIA GeForceNOW service. July managed to open up the GeForce Now database and what was inside happened to be a huge list of exciting yet-to-be-released games.

Unlike some other leaks that we have reported on the site, we can say with confidence that the data in this one is unequivocally real. This is much more concrete than just some rumour based on random social media posts. If you know how, you care even able to go and have a look at this list within GeForceNOW yourself.

Before we get too excited, I want to play devil’s advocate for a moment. We must keep in mind that there is no guarantee that these games are all actually in development. Some may be in the VERY early planning stages and may not even make it to development, whilst others could be cancelled before they ever reach a playable state.

On the other hand though, this list contains some incredibly exciting stuff. Between this and last week’s PlayStation Showcase event, I am really looking forward to the future of awesome gaming content in the next few years.

The List

So, let’s go through everything that was revealed through the leak. The following unannounced games were spotted or referenced in the list, as catalogued over on Reddit:

  • Chrono Cross Remaster
  • Final Fantasy Tactics Remaster
  • Final Fantasy IX Remake
  • Kingdom Hearts IV
  • Resident Evil 4 Remake
  • Street Fighter 6
  • Dragon’s Dogma 2
  • Monster Hunter 6
  • Grand Theft Auto Remasters
  • BioShock 2022
  • Mirror’s Edge Remaster
  • Untitled Respawn Game
  • Titanfall 3
  • Tekken 8
  • The Talos Principle 2
  • Crysis 4
  • Batman Arkham Knight Remaster
  • XCOM 3
  • Injustice 3: Gods Will Fall
  • Destroy All Humans 3
  • Sniper Elite 5
  • Cities: Skylines 2
  • Fight for Middle-Earth
  • Mortal Kombat XII
  • Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Remaster
  • Helldivers 2

More Sony First-Party Games Heading To PC?

Over and above this fascinating list of potential new games, the database also names a plethora of titles previously known to be Sony exclusives. This would lead one to believe that even more PlayStation first-party exclusives well be making their way over to PC at some point in the future.

The list of Sony first-party games features:

  • God of War (2018)
  • Horizon Forbidden West
  • Gran Turismo 7
  • Returnal
  • Demon’s Souls
  • Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart
  • Sackboy: A Big Adventure
  • Ghost of Tsushima

Summary

Whilst it is hugely important to remember that all of this data could be inaccurate due to plans changing over time, this is an extremely exciting leak. Although this is an ongoing leak and more information could yet be pulled from this database, even if the above list of games is all that we are getting, I’d be more than happy with that.

Out of the list of games above, which are you most excited to see officially revealed out of the leaked upcoming slate of games? What do you make of the accuracy of this information? Let us know down in the comments.

Personally, I am most excited to see what Bioshock 4 could look like and the fact that it is listed as, “Bioshock 2022,” is enticing. If Bioshock 4 is indeed a real thing , we will most likely be hearing about it very soon and if it is indeed set to release in 2022, then there is every chance that we could see an official reveal before the end of this year.
